Reading: 1.Cor. 15. 25-28.

Then finally when he hands over the Kingdom to the God & Father, he cancels out every rule & authority & power.  For it is required that he should reign until he place all his enemies under his feet.  It is death that is the final enemy to be cancelled out.  When he subjects everything to him, clearly that does not include the One who subjected everything to him.  This subjection is in order that God may be all in all.

A pause for reflection followed by a sung response:

Christus vincit, Christus regnat, Christus imperat.
